​The Client understands and acknowledges that coaching is not advice, psychotherapy, or counselling. Referrals to those professionals will be given to the Client, if V for Visionaries feels such may be needed; however, the Client understands and acknowledges that he/she is fully and ultimately responsible for his/her well-being.

The Client enters into the coaching/mentoring process, understanding that he/she is responsible for creating his/her own results.

The Client understands that coaching should not be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals. The Client agrees and understands that all decisions in these areas are exclusively those of the Client and further acknowledges that the Client’s decisions and actions regarding these areas are the Client’s sole responsibility.

V for Visionaries will not be responsible for any damages or injury to any person. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise for any service, coaching, product or book, we provide.
